So my drummer is a physical trainer. This is great for me. He gives me stuff to do to make myself be physically fit. I have a spreadsheet and another plan up here.

The way this works is that you add some weight to every workout every time that you use it. The colored groupings are super-sets. I go through a page until it's done, then Animal gives me another workout to add to my plan. Feel free to do the same thing.

So for each workout you do the warmup at the top with no weight then the weight lifting in the format presented. Pick whatever weight you want to start with, but add something to every exercise every time until you get to a point where you're unable to finish the workout presented. Then you stay at that weight as you go forward until you complete that level of exercise. You should never end up doing the same workout twice.
